Enjoy 30-day hassle-free returns. You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of delivery. We do not process direct exchanges. If you want a different item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order. A new order usually ships faster because it enters processing as soon as it is placed.

Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Returned with the original packaging, tags, and included parts
  • Free from damage caused by misuse or improper handling

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can document the issue. You still have the full 30-day return window.

Return Steps

  2. Include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, attach clear photos.
  3. Our team reviews your request and replies within 1–2 business days.
  4. If approved, we send a prepaid return label by email.
  5. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the prepaid label.

Return Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping for all approved returns within the 30-day window. We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. There is no restocking fee, no return shipping charge, and no handling fee.

This applies to both customer remorse returns and defective, damaged, or incorrect item returns. For customer remorse returns, the item must still meet the unused and original-packaging conditions above. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we may ask for photos before issuing the prepaid label.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we inspect the item and process the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund is sent back to your original payment method. After we process the refund, it usually takes 7–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping was free, so no shipping charge is deducted from your refund. If only part of an order is returned, the refund covers the returned item only.

Items That May Not Qualify
Items that are used, missing parts, damaged due to misuse, or returned after 30 calendar days may not qualify for a refund. If you are unsure about your item, contact us before shipping it back.
